Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Zell is a lovely little town, and a great base for visiting Salzburg (free on the train with the Zell visitor card) and the area."

The hotel is excellently organized for the needs of skiers with lift tickets, rentals and ski storage all on site and information provided by the helpful staff.
