"The location was stunning and the views were breathtaking. Our room was out of this world, with huge floor to ceiling windows we were blessed to wake to the beautiful view every day. Staff were loveky, really helpful and friendly, nothing was too much. There were 3 gorgeous residential cats and a beautiful dog at the property. We were so sad to leave and wished our stay had been longer. This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed out. "

In addition, the hotel has a lot to offer and we were welcomed with discounted massage treatments, afternoon tea, plus more, given we booked a long stay. "Our stay was most memorable. The team at Eco Palms House was over the top fantastic. Nam and Be were oustanding in accommodating every need. Complements to the chef who perpared our meals. We found ourselves enjoying the meals at Eco Palms House as one of the best restaurants in Sapa. Definitely a must stay."

"wonderful stay at this hotel. Spacious valley view room, breakfast was average - nothing special for a 5 star hotel, have had better at a 4 star. The female staff at reception could have been friendlier and not so arrogant - need to train front desk/reception - have had better customer service at a 3 star hotel."

"This was such a stunning location! Beautiful views over the valley, lovely staff and a short grab ride into Sapa. We loved exploring Sapa, then retreating back to this little serene oasis! Would highly recommend"

"Nice views and that’s about it. Poor breakfast buffet and staff could not manage demand well. Cleanliness was poor, refillable glass bottles for drinking water were not washed and microbial growth could be see below lids. Shower curtains has mildew and mold on them. Washroom exhaust fan was disgusting and not cleaned. Tub drain leaked all over floor. So much potential but poor management and lack of staff training evident. "
