Tasmania is beautiful and this property highlights lovely views of the paddock, vineyard, orchard, and bay! We only stayed one night but were able to enjoy the walking track to see many of the animals (including Pickle and Warren), catch a rainbow after a light rain, and watch the sunset! The Islington is a wonderful place to stay in Hobart. I was initially going to book downtown, but decided to try the Islington. I was very pleased with that decision. We had a great dinner at the property. The room was quite and comfortable, and we had a garden patio out our back door. The staff was very helpful, and the setting with the house and art work, makes you feel like you are staying with a rich relative that had very good taste.
