"Shadowcrest was fantastic! The owner, Brendan, does a great job and makes sure you have every need taken care of. The rooms are clean and well sized, the common areas are homey and quaint, and the bathrooms are modern and well decorated. Would stay there again!"

"Really unique, eclectic, charming hotel. It's old school and we enjoyed it. If you've stayed at the old hotels on Block Island you can relate. Convenient to a back way into Bethel Woods (15 minutes or so- country roads), and they have a shuttle as well. We met a wonderful group of fellow concert goers at breakfast. Continental breakfast. Beautiful grounds. Town is about a 10 minutes drive with dining and shopping."

"The inn was a dream and the hosts couldn't do enough for each of their guests. I felt welcomed and right at home. Breakfast was delicious and served promptly. I will definitely visit again!"

"We stood here for a 3D archery shot offered by NorthHill. The archery event was held on the property in the woods. The resort is pet friendly which was great. The staff was excellent and friendly. The rooms dates but the view from the lodge restaurant and bar were outstanding. The rooms needed better cleaning and it would have been nice to have a working pool. Overall, I would like to return as the location was great and the staff wonderful."

"Property was nice and clean. Parking lot right besides the house. Restaurant downstairs to dine, which unfortunately, we didn’t get a chance to make it to. I was bummed, a lot of locals said the food was delicious! We stayed there for a wedding. Rooms are small basically just a room and bathroom. Not much walking room but we just stayed there to sleep and shower so it was fine for us. And all I cared was that it was clean, which it was ! Only recommendation is to put a full length mirror for us ladies who are going to a wedding or someplace nice. We would love to see how we look before we leave. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel! Oh and just for the older folk there is no elevator so pack light bc you will be walking up stairs to the rooms."
