I used Expedia to book my hotel stay and they double charged me and she was so pleasant and worked with Expedia to ensure they refunded the extra charge!! "Amazing hotel in a perfect central location. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help—nothing was ever too much to ask. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a great variety of high-quality options. Our room was beautiful and extremely comfortable, with a very comfortable bed and three different pillows to choose from, which made for a great night’s sleep. We also felt safe throughout our entire stay. I would absolutely stay here again the next time I visit...
