Large, modern rooms. Excellent breakfasts. Friendly and helpful staff. Had free electric bikes to use which were incredible. Only downside is 10-15 walk downhill into town. Might be a problem for someone who is not fit (coming back up the hill). Would definitely stay there again.
A gorgeous mountain retreat! We stayed 9 nights and had dinner 8 of the nights. Clean hotel… incredible staff from the front desk to the dining crew. I will point out one person who stood out… Ervis! A great example of perfect hospitality. He is knowledgeable on wine of the region and just a genuine nice human. Dinner was right at Michelin * quality. The view of the mountain is spectacular. Our room was simple but comfortable. We hope to be back with family.

Being from the US, it was extra special to experience this old world charm in a remodeled and renovated building from ages ago. All of the hotel personnel were so friendly and helpful, and we didn’t even speak a lick of Italian or German. The view of the Schlern from our 2nd story room was exceptional.
We had a fantastic three night stay at the Adler and totally loved our experience. All aspects of this hotel were fabulous and well worth the money. The spa was incredible with options for specialty services such as massages, mud baths, and salt grottos that were most enjoyable. The pools and outdoor saunas were also relaxing. Our overall stay with Hotel Platz was amazing! All the staff were very warm and welcoming! The location itself is perfect if you want to go to Alpe di Siusi or Seceda using a cable car and the hotel views are phenomenal. Highly recommended!
