"The only thing that met our expectations was the excellent customer service and help we got from staff especially the manager on duty. She stayed late until 0100 am to receive us and was understanding when we told her the facility didn’t meet our expectations and reached out to owner to make sure we got charged for only one night."

"We had an absolutely lovely stay at the Pinewood Beach Resort. Everything was great, everyone in the staff was helpful, warm and welcoming, the buildings and decorations are inspired by local traditions. Food was excellent. Loved having dinner on the beach! Last but not least the beach and the garden is incredible beautiful. Will definitely come back!"
