"Really pleasant check in. Fantastic room (new part of hotel) with complete black-out shutters, patio, comfortable beds, personal safe, fridge, TV, and lovely powerful shower.
Good food, especially the Schnitzel. Great local Bitburg bier and Benediktiner Weissbier.
Serving staff were very polite and helpful, allowing me to practice speaking German (poorly) but speaking really good English themselves.
Very good breakfast selection to suit just about everyone's needs.

Minpunt is het ontbijt, mag wat meer vers fruit en natuur yohurt zonder bijgevoegde suikers of smaken aangeboden worden. Een zacht gekookt eitje mocht er ook aanwezig zijn. He helped us with our bags to a beautiful room with stunning view of the surrounding forests and a herd of deer. We dined at a great restaurant in the nearby village. Next morning we were served a lovely breakfast by Sophie(Damien’s Wife). This is a beautiful place to stay and the hosts are so welcoming and helpful….highly recommend."

The continental breakfast in the morning's was plentiful. A lovely place to stay and would highly recommended the hotel to anyone. Die Unterkunft ist spartanisch aber vollkommen ausreichend für Übernachtungen. Mann sollte keinen Luxus erwarten. Es hat den Charm einer Jugendherberge. Man verbringt ja eher kaum Zeit im Zimmer bei der schönen Landschaft. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen, wenn man weniger Geld zur Verfügung hat."
