"Amazing hotel and the staff were very helpful, especially Iada & Angelina. Breakfast and evening meals were fantastic and an amazing setting. This is just a personal thing but probably wouldn't stay again as dogs allowed, first night dog woke us up at 3am. I have 2 dogs and love them but to allow them in a lovely hotel like this seems a bit off for me."

"For the Locarno Film Festival, the location was excellent with both free city buses and the festival shuttle coming right in front of the hotel. Rooms were in excellent shape, and the breakfast was very good. Staff were helpful and very friendly!"

"Nice spot, refreshing pool. The location is convenient to bus lines. The staff were super friendly and there was a good breakfast. I felt safe as a solo traveler."

"I arrived later in evening by motorcycle and took me a bit of time to work out I needed to login on line in the car park, but once I worked this out, the online system to open the various doors worked very well. New experience not having anyone about to help but once I muddled through it ( I’m 60) it worked surprisingly well. Most impressed. Breakfast in morning was great and pullout drawings with glass tops to see food contents was a nice design touch."
