The staff are exceptional—friendly, welcoming, and always eager to help. What impressed me most was that they often offered assistance before I even had to ask. The complimentary laundry service was a wonderful bonus as well. If you're traveling to or doing business in District 7, this is an excellent place to stay. The hotel is conveniently located next to shampoo, massage, and spa services. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and would gladly stay here again.

It was an unforgettable experience! The room where we stayed was overlooking the vast bay and it was beautiful. The amenities on the cruise ship were wonderful, and the hospitality was above and beyond. We felt truly welcomed and cared for by the crew and they always provided what we needed. Truly a Five-Star experience for our family. Shout out to Ms. Kim (the cruise manager), Ms. Erin (server), and Mr. Tran (swim & kayaking), they took very good care of us!

An absolutely incredible hotel nestled just off the beach, the Silk Sense resort is an ideal luxury resort just north of Hoi An. Featuring immaculate service where nothing is too much trouble, staff will make you feel incredibly welcomed and provide whatever is needed. My daughter and I stayed here for a few days and loved it! The staff was so friendly and helpful. They got us appointments to get our eyelashes done and the place was amazing. They helped me call around looking for something at pharmacies and more. The rooms are fantastic with only an area rug under the beds so no icky carpet. We had a great time at Little Tam Coc Homestay. "Ha" was a fantastic host and so friendly. She is always so happy and helpful with everything you need. We stayed here for two weeks and really enjoyed it! The staff was very nice, the bed was comfortable (with two big pillows per person), and everything was SO clean! It was a great location, and we always felt super safe. Housekeeping always cleaned our rooms, even when we left a little later in the day, so we were always able to relax. We also LOVED having access to a washer and dryer. It was really convenient!

The Peppercorn Beach Resort is a bit of HEVEN. It is located on a secluded part of the Island right on the beach. You open up your beach bungalow and step into the white sands of the beach. The entire place was a top tier Resort. Everything was immaculate! Very good service and reasonably priced. For an all exclusive resort it’s worth every penny.

I loved staying here. The room was comfortable. The pool area was delightful. Breakfast alongside the river delicious and peaceful. The staff couldn't have been nicer and more caring. I stayed here for two nights then moved closer to the city center after my trip to the Mekong Delta. A nice balance!
