Just a fantastic place, very tranquil, beautiful grounds, incredible views, great spa, good food and helpful staff. Enjoyed everything about it!

Wonderful stay. The room was nice and ours felt secluded, which is what we wanted. We had a small pool and the main pools were also nice. The main lobby/ reception/ restaurant were very nice and the restaurant itself had great food for breakfast and dinner. There isn’t much around the hotel, or we didn’t know much, so we ended up eating at the restaurant multiple times. Having some yearly business in nearby Lugano, CH we decided to stay at the Parco San Marco again. This time, we extended our stay a few days and explore the surrounding area and what the hotel offers. The hotel is clean, comfortable and thoroughly modern. Outstanding visit--very classy place! Felt like an Italian princepessa in her family palazzo! Shopping out the front door, excellent meals at 1-star Michelin restaurant, Mistral, and the lakeside cafe. Breakfast was an unexpected feast, beautifully presented. Staff could not be better, Concierge happy to help with the smallest of questions and details. Lake Como is stunning, and Serbelloni is well-known for excellence in this part of the world.

The hotel was right on the beach and I was Royally taken care of.

I spent three nights at the hotel during a business trip to Verona. My room was both beautiful and comfortable. It was relatively spacious for Italy and had everything I needed (including a small umbrella). The hotel is located on the Piazza Santa Anastasia adjacent to the Basillica. It is a short walk to the Piazza Erbe, the center of the ancient city. I enjoyed my stay very much and look forward to returning.

Great secluded location!

very nice hotel. helpful staff. room was small but clean and pretty. garden is very nice. I sat there one evening and had food and drinks. the hotel is far enough from the city center to be quiet but not too far - just a 10-to-15 minute walk

This property was stunning. Gorgeous views westward over the rolling Tuscan hills, paired with a cozy spa and relaxing outdoor pool were the perfect setting for a portion of our honeymoon. The staff was very friendly/helpful and management certainly does a superb job maintaining this historical setting.

Hotel Artemide is centered in a convenient location. We were able to walk, to & from the train station, The Trevi Fountain & The Pantheon. The staff is very accommodating. Absolutely the best position and nicest hotel in the area. Very very convenient for shopping, the Egyptian Museum is just round the corner and the breakfast is spectacular. It even has chocolate with whole hazelnuts croccante, for breakfast! So now i am 1 kilo heavier but well worth it. I can always shop nearby for bigger trousers.

This is the second time we stayed in this hotel while visiting Florence. So close to EVERYTHING! Clean, affordable. Just book it!

The staff here at the front desk are really wonderful. I am terrible with names (both the remembering and the spelling) so I am not sure but I want to say Agnes, Ivanah and another woman. They recommended great places to go, setup a wonderful wine tasting, and just generally were very pleasant to work with throughout. Our room (the Mediterranean room) was wonderful with a very private balcony overlooking the sea. The bathroom was blessedly nice. I find a lot of European hotels have terrible...
