Surprisingly good! Very good size and comfortable room with both nice bathtub and rain shower. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. By far the best hotel i have stayed in ShenZhen.

We had an amazing stay at Ascott Chongqing! The location was perfect—everything we wanted to see was within walking distance, including Hongyadong, Jiefangbei, shopping malls, restaurants, and the riverfront. An excellent hotel in Beijing! The concierge team was outstanding, going above and beyond to secure entrance tickets to various sights of interest for us, which can be tricky for foreigners to do on their own. The building / room is as you would expect from a 5 star hotel. What really sets it apart is the incredible staff and remarkable breakfast. Worth every penny and the perfect place to stay if you would like to treat yourself in Shanghai.

This is the BEST Crowne Plaza out of Guangzhou, Shaoxing, Hangzhou, and Qingdao. The rooms are extremely clean, staff are nice, tons of places to eat nearby. Amenities are very limited because this is more of a business focused hotel near the airport. Once again, extremely clean rooms and I would definitely stay here again. This is historic hotel. I stayed here 30 years ago and came back, did not feel any aging. Amazing place and location. Will stay here again for next trip.

Upon arriving my wife explained that we had a taxi that refused to use the meter and charged almost 4 times the usual fare. Having taken a picture of the side and license plate of the cab the concierge immediately called the cab company and the authorities on our behalf.
