I have stayed at New World several times. I always enjoy my stay there. The staff are extremely nice and accommodating. The room is spacious, although it is a little old, but definitely very clean. This is one of the hotels I would definitely come back to whenever I am in Manila.

Hands down one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at in any country. Staff was genuinely friendly and courteous, facility was meticulously clean, every meal was memorable.
The property is so clean, the staff are super friendly. location is excellent. I accidentally left our room open, the housekeeper called security to check our room to make sure nothing is missing and they lock the door and notified us. Breakfast is sooo good, pool is clean and huge. we will definitely go back. I like that there is a washer and dryer in the room and grocery store downstairs.
You will be very happy with this hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean, it's close to the financial district, shopping malls, restaurants, mini marts, and the staff are superb. They are all really good but a special mention to the manager, Gabriel, Lester and Anna who really made the stay even more pleasurable.
I truely enjoyed my stay at ascott makati and so are my visiting friends and relatives.. our one bedroom executive suites is spacious nicely decorated.. just above Glorietta Mall Complex and next to SM mall.. our room is overlooking the pool on one side and on the other side the Glotietta 1 rooftop which connects holiday inn... with dinners selection we celebrated our relatives graduation at K-Pub BBQ and on another night at Moonshine restaurant.. highly recommended definitely will return again...
Stayed for 2 nights. Very nice boutique hotel. Only thing I would complain about was the King size bed were 2 twins “joined” together and they are in the process of renovating the facade of the building. Staff are very friendly and helpful, the hotel itself is Very clean and nice.

No need to cry about no toiletries when you are only paying 1600-2200 php for a super clean and efficient room. The staff is super friendly. Carmina, Ross, Alana, Paola, Dutch, Ed, and Allan will make a disgruntled tourist smile. The food is excellent and service consistent. A patron for 6+ years and it just keeps getting...
The staff was amazing to me as I visited my family in the Philippines, helping with with any request and arrangements. They also upgraded my room which was very appreciated. I will be going back regularly to visit my family and will be happy to stay at the Jazz Towers again. Beautiful views of the city, great location with everything a person needs in the Jazz Towers complex and associated shopping mall including a supermarket and great restaurants such as the Viking Buffet and Dumpling...
