Great location! Quiet neighborhood (at least in the off season when we were there). Breakfast was fantastic!

This is a beautiful hotel over all. The property is fantastic. The service is terrific. The breakfast was amazing. The beds however are horrific. It’s like laying on a blanket covered slab of concrete. Hotels are in the business of sleep and should make comfort a number one priority. It’s like dipping a white table cloth in mud. The beds need to be replaced with something of real quality, like Hästens Beds, to match the beauty of the Hotel.

There were no restaurants near the property but bolt food was available and quick. Room and bath were pristine. Breakfast was ample

Very nice hotel. Great location in central Valletta. Most of the staff is excellent, knowledgeable and helpful. Good amenities. Couldn't check in when we got there, so we left our bags and toured the city. When we returned, the room was ready and the bags had already been brought up.

The hotel was very convenient to all the sites in Valletta. We were able to check in early. The staff spoke English and were very helpful.

Staff was welcoming and suggested where to go during check in. Felt safe walking to the hotel in the evening. Stunning view also! I would stay here again .

We stayed one night. Very nice hotel. We had a large room with balcony over looking the pool and river. Several restaurants, nice bar, pool. There is a spa but we did not use it. They have a shuttle to town. We road to town and walked back. Ten minute walk.

BOOK IT!! Perfect location. Couldn't be happier. Modern, nice amenities, professional and super nice staff. Prosecco and cold washcloth on arrival. 24hr desk, pool, spa, restaurant. Not too big/impersonal and not too small. Beautiful renovation. Given age of the building there may be a layout quirk or two. There is a water station on every floor so you can refill bottles. We stayed twice in this property during our trip to Malta. We checked in at night because our flight landed after midnight. The staff was very pleasant and attentive. They gave us a beautiful room with modern bathroom and sauna. Pity the sofa was not made into a sofa bed and all three of us had to sleep on the bed (by the way, the bed and pillows and linen are amazing). Breakfast was good, with wide choice of menu items, however I didn't like the taste of eggs.

9-night stay in February. It's a well-run hotel with good service in a happening area. About 50 restaurants within a 10-minute walk. Very comfortable bed in a soundproofed room which kept out the late-night feral cat noise overture serenading the neighborhood. A bonus was an alcove for a window affording a half-view of Spinola Bay for no extra charge. The location is superior to explore Valetta and mainland Malta. It is close enough to the attractions to be an easy walk, and far enough to be quiet. It is not far from the bus terminal, so getting to others parts of the island is a breeze. The rooms were very clean and recently refurbished. Minor complaints: maid service did not bring new soap (important in Covid 19); shower door did not have a tight seal, so water was all over the floor.
