"I had a pleasant stay at the Holiday Inn express Westgate in Toledo, Ohio. The staff was exceedingly helpful, courteous, and welcoming, the room was comfortable and clean. Unfortunately, we did have an issue with one of the elevators being out of service for two days, but that can be expected anywhere. The only negative comment is that it would benefit the overall appearance of the Hotel if they would shampoo the carpeting more often or have a on-site carpet cleaner as the carpets in and around the elevators badly needed cleaning"

"The hotel in Dundee should hire a better maintenance crew. The drywall, caulk, tile repairs were sloppy and unprofessional. Door closer needed adjustment. Mattress had stains. There was no tv channel guide in room. Toilet flush was obnoxiously loud. Breakfast selection was very good though. Friendly staff. Guests were smoking too close to the main entrance. "

"solid experience! luggage carts are kept by the elevator so be aware when you check in. ended up lugging in all my bags because the desk person didn't bother to let us know, but we moved on. room was clean enough. fridge does not have a freezer section. pool was fine. breakfast was on par with Hampton expectations. solid stay, convenient location. would stay again!"
