"Hot tub was nice on the rooftop with no time and I felt respected as an adult with my time and usage of the hot tub. The property had a very good smell to it and not just fabuloso like it was aromatherapy type of scent which didnt make the hotel smell cheap. MY BIGGEST complaint was parking! I mean even to unload or go up to change for the night, there was no parking that made sense. That was killing me and I had to plan strategically in order not to go broke paying for garage kept parking daily especially if I was going in and out. My daughter and I had to take turns in the car as one would go upstairs to shower and change for dinner and the night. My bed also had issues. It broke off in the middle twice. The manager on duty was very nice and told me that she would have the male fix it or do it herself to make 2 nights out the 5 a little inconvenient as we had to sleep really cuddled in the bed or else I felt like I was sliding down the mountain side of the bed, lol.. thats how it felt! Coffee downstairs was good, staff helpful and having the bakery in the corner was a BIG TIME BONUS! I would stay again if I dont rent a car!!!"

"The hotel it's good for the price, breakfast is good,happy hour is good friendly staff, good water in the shower, although the bathtub was bit clogged, the beds are very hard which makes it hard to rest"

"24 hour pool and hot tub is an absolute gem. The hotel is right next to a 24 hour grocery store which is amazing and very convenient. It’s a very short walk to the beach and they also do a shuttle if you don’t want to walk. Only a 10 minute drive to Old San Juan and other touristy places. Amazing restaurants all over and I still can’t get over the amazing pool and hot tub. We love this place it made our first anniversary trip the best. The only negative of this hotel is the staff at the café. Most of them are very nice and extremely helpful but for the breakfast buffet, some of the waitresses were a little inattentive, but that did not ruin our breakfast and that is the only caveat of this amazing hotel. 24 hour pool and hot tub is awesome. Would highly recommend!! Did I mention how much I love the pool and hot tub it’s 24 hours people it’s amazing!!!!"
