This is the perfect hotel for exploring Venice. Their shuttle provided round trip transportation to and from the airport, and the train station was located directly behind the hotel, making for an easy trip to the island. Wonderful staff, very comfortable room and bed with a great working AC! The included breakfast was by far THE BEST breakfasts we had in ALL of Italy! There are zero views to be had at this location however the convenience of being so close to water taxis, shuttle services and transportation to and from the airport was excellent. Recommend this property to everyone hands down!

The photos do not do this property justice. The rooms look old in the photos and that could not be further from reality. The rooms are freshly renovated and the motif makes them appear in photos to have faded paint and furnishings, this is due to the color aesthetic not coming through in the pictures.
