"A shout out to the front desk staff, he was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is very well situated in the lovely village . Great cafes and restaurants . The breakfast selection was good . The only you should be aware of if the road closes from cortina to san Vito at 8:00 PM, the front desk made us aware of that , but we missed the deadline, so we had to do 1hour and half detour to get back to the village . We were 4 km away only . "

"This is one of the best hotels we've stayed at in Italy. We LOVE it. Great, picturesque location with plenty to do, even if the weather is bad! The restaurant is first rate with popular Italian and local cuisine, prices VERY reasonable. Breakfast was amazing, all you can eat buffet. The staff is super friendly and courteous. They made us feel more like family than guests. We're definitely going back. Easy access to many amazing sites in the Dolomites."

En cambio, una chica morena que atendía en el desayuno fue bastante antipática y arisca. Llegamos a las 9.00 a desayunar, con tiempo de sobra ya que se podía llegar hasta las 9.30. No había tazas y faltaba reponer todo tipo de comida: embutidos, yogur.... Se lo dijimos y nos puso mala cara! En lugar de disculparse por no tener ni una taza de café!"
