It’s a little hidden gem. We stayed mid sep and there were only 2 other guests so had the place practically to ourselves. It’s in a lovely quiet spot and the food is just heavenly. Nice staff. Great view. We walked the dogs around the orchard and gardens. Great value and would return in a heartbeat. Thank you!

This was a wonderful place that I would go back to every time I come to Sulmona. Roberto and Giuseppe were exceptionally helpful. The breakfast was fabulous and the location couldn’t be better. If I could give this place six stars I would!
Wonderful stay in a beautiful, old building! Tons of space with tons of charm! We didn't use the kitchen, but it was well stocked if we had needed to. Short walk to Piazza Garibaldi and all of the wonderful confetti shops! Bed was comfortable and the shower was great. Would definitely stay there again!

Our room was clean and beautiful. We had a lovely view of Arpino and easy on site parking. Breakfast was an ample buffet with coffee made to order. Lovely stay!
This is a really beautiful property, and specific to those seeking remoteness. The village is effectively uninhabited, and at the same time offers a dramatic view of the surrounding mountains. A bottle of wine is offered for sale, but if you’re planning to eat in the evening, plan on driving 10-15 minutes to the closest restaurants. Of note, the breakfast was very complete and delicious!
The check in process was easy. The room was impeccable clean. The bed very comfortable. The accommodations provided just what was needed. It was not overly fancy but certainly adequate. We were there for a brief stay. This B&B is centrally located and walking distance from most things. The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms are small and simple, but comfortable. It’s a cute little place.
