My room’s door was so loose, you can take a spackle knife to open the door, and the deadbolt doesn’t line up to the jamb so was essentially useless, just as much as was the maintenance man was when I asked him to check it and he wouldn’t even look at it see if he could fix it. Housekeeping could have replaced the empty toilet paper with a new roll. The heating unit didn’t work."

"Great room on the 2nd floor, but NO elevator on property. Stairwells are at the end of each floor in the corners of the building. The room itself was great. The bathroom was configured strangely. The shower was a little cramped but the shower head water speeds and water pressure were awesome."

"We arrived at 8:15 and confirmed at the front desk that the restaurant is open till 10:00. However, they closed early. We were very disappointed."

"We were put in a pet room. I asked not to be put in that room and the receptionist said she could not change it because thst is what expedia had booked. I dont have pets and did not request that so if that is an automatic booking through expedia that needs to be changed."
