Hotel Artemide is centered in a convenient location. We were able to walk, to & from the train station, The Trevi Fountain & The Pantheon. The staff is very accommodating. Special thank you to Sabina who greeted us every morning at breakfast with a warm smile. Her service was magnificent! By the way breakfast choices were excellent, they even had many vegan choices .Desk staff Andrea & Francesco were very friendly & always gave a warm greeting .Francesco who helped us with our bags gave...
The hotel is beautiful. The breakfast is full size. The front desk was very kind. Ana from Positano (sorry not full correct name) was the nicest person when one of was sick with stomach issues. We arrived too early and she let us hang in lobby offered water to the sick one. Very sincere person. Laura cleaned our room each day and was very sweet in the halls when we saw her. You can see the st peters dome from roof, yes it is a distance, but beautiful. Mini bar full of items to snack and drink...
Honestly have 0 complaints about this place. I went with my fiancé and my two kids (4 years old and 6 months). They are super family friendly and everyone who works there is kind and helpful. They put on shows for the kids every night, really dance parties and my son enjoyed the water park so much. We traveled to Rome a lot, which is about 50 ish minutes, which my fiancé and I enjoyed but my son always looked forward to coming to the “hotel”. There’s also a lot of local food spots less than 10...
My best friend & I travel a lot, & we can honestly say this is the best hotel we have ever stayed in. The Trastevere section of Rome is the PERFECT place in which to stay, because there are tons of shops & restaurants within close walking distance, but you'd never know about the late night partiers & foodies within the confines of Santa Maria's property because it's made up of several buildings within a gated area with multiple courtyards. The owner's dog was a joy to be around, the service was...
Very well appointed, comfortable, hotel serving the international and Italian traveler. Great access to the wonderful Trastevere neighborhood. Ability to get to the historic and religious sites by cab. Hotel staff is very welcoming, friendly and helpful. I recommend it highly.
It was a wonderful stay. The hotel is historic. It ‘s location is perfect. A bit outside of the hubbub, but close enough for easy access. Great restaurants, shopping and historical landmarks are all there. The hotel is clean, the staff accessible. The breakfast staff, and we particularly mention Mariana, were so kind and helpful. They all spoke English which was helpful as did the reception staff. Breakfasts were perfect. Many options of hot or cold food, All good.
The reception staff were...
My stay at the Hotel L’Orologio Roma was perfect. This small hotel is centrally located, providing walking access to many of Rome’s treasures. The room and interior spaces appear to be newly redone. The watch/clock motif adds special charm. The staff were uniformly helpful and fluent in English. This hotel has a stunning rooftop cocktail bar/restaurant with views of central Rome. Highly recommended!
we stayed at hotel san francesco 10 years ago. we loved it then so we decided to try it again. it was even better this time. small boutique hotel in the great trastevere neighborhood. we had a quiet room on the 4th floor. the staff couldn't have been better. alessia, massimo, vincenzo, giuseppie, gina, emanuelle, simone, etc...
great small hotel in a historic building. family owned. fantastic neighborhood. great breakfast buffet! we loved walking back across the tiber after a day of sightseeing...
This is an excellent location in central Rome, very short walk to Trevi Fountain & Pantheon, directly on bus route all over Rome, and about 10-15 minute walk to red metro line. Even though the street is a main artery throughthe city the rooms are quiet due to thick windows and wooden shutters. The breakfast was delicious and lots of variety. The housekeepers kept our room clean every day, fresh towel. Only bath gel and shampoo provided, so bring your own conditioner or lotions. Only note of...
In honesty, I didn't expect a lot. I work for a major airline and I stay at many large hotel chains. On this visit to Rome I was traveling with my teens on a tight budget. The pricing was too good to be true. The staff was friendly, helpful and very welcoming. The location of the hotel was fantastic, just a couple of blocks from the Coliseum, Palatine and the Forum amoung other important ruins as well as the Metro train! At the doorstep of the hotel were several sidewalk cafes that are open...
This is our second time staying here. The service is great, the bed is so comfortable and it’s around the corner from the Trevi Fountain. I would highly recommend it. We will be back on our next trip to Rome.
Our stay was absolutely fabulous .. from the second we checked in to our check out .. everything was perfect ! The hotel is beautiful and quaint .. the staff is amazing ! The breakfast is delicious .. they don’t nickel and dime you for little things like the other hotels do and that goes a long way in hospitality ! We would repeat our stay here again .. thank you for hosting us for 4 nights !
