There is no front desk. We couldn't figure out how to get in. Finally realized that there was an email from Hessnery not Hotel.com that gave a access code to get in the lobby door, the hallway door and our room. The laundry facilities were great and free. You just needed your own soap. Comfortable bed. Kitchenette was furnished.
The service at Revelton Suites was fantastic. The rooms were clean and spacious. The location of the hotel was convenient and it was in a quiet area. I really liked the fact that there was free parking available.

The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the city’s attractions, restaurants, and Old Town on foot. Rooms are clean and functional, furniture in good condition (stayed in "comfort" room).
