This hotel was set in a beautiful part of Puglia. Minutes from Locorotondo, Ostuni, Alberobello, and many other great locations. Also only 20 minutes to the Adriatic with relationships and many different private beach clubs. A wonderful oasis tucked away with beautiful olive trees, vineyards, and local farm produce. Everything served in restaurant is locally grown. We were very happy with our stay and will definitely be back. A gem in the heart of Puglia !
My only problem was we only stayed one night at this beautiful hotel. The staff couldn’t be nicer!! The grounds were beautiful and peaceful. I would stay here over and over!! Loved it?!
What a fantastic place..beautifully restored trulli's set in the Italian countryside. The hotel is so clean and fresh, and our room was awesome. The rooms are all individual trulli's that have rustic but very upgraded interiors with every amenity possible. One of the largest 2 person shower I have seen in Italy. The staff was very accommodating and professional. Great breakfast and being located a bit away from a town, we ate at the hotel both nights..fantastic food!

We were a bit nervous reserving a hotel over the web in an area with which I had little experience, but our stay at Hotel Arcangelo was fantastic! Just by points to cover the basics: The hotel is literally 5 minutes via taxi from Taranto's central train station, or 10 Euros. If you're back packing, it's about 1 kilometer straight across the bridge from the train station. It's not an easy hotel to see as it's nestled back from a short piazza, but you can find it readily enough. The staff was...
The stay was simply cozy, peaceful, serene, homey, and rejuvenating. The place is magical and beautiful and extremely well maintained. The breakfast was delicious and prepared from homegrown products. The owner and operator of the property is sweet and extremely responsive! We loved it and we highly recommend it as a peaceful and romantic retreat.
My daughter and I stayed here in the middle of a 2 week trip through Italy. A perfect respite from the trains, planes and cars. We had Spa massages and spent some time in the Lagoon. Lagoon, maybe overrated, but the massage was the best I've had in my 56 years! A bit of moist mold on one of the walls in the room needed to be pointed out to the staff. I'm sure it was fixed immediately. Probably happened because someone spent hours in the incredible shower with room for at least 4 people. Pleasure...
The absolute best place to stay in Martina Franca. The best location, beautiful room, friendliest hosts, and a great breakfast. 5 stars are not enough.
We spent a few days at this Masseria as a home base for daily excursions around Puglia. The location is great. The hotel is very comfortable and Daniele, the owner is very helpful and accomodating. The restaurant in the off season isn't open during the week, so we only had breakfast here and that was good. I would recommend this Masseria for anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing place to stay in Ostuni.
Great property and location in the heart of Locorotondo. My only suggestion is to have a second person at reception. The rooms are located in separate buildings therefore the person in reception would have to leave, lockup and accompany guest for checkin. Had to wait outside reception for staff to come back when trying to checkout
