"Airport Shuttle from the airport -did not arrive. Reservation made and paid by Expedia could not be found by reception and they kept me waiting for over 1 hour. At which point I left as I felt harassed and bullied for no fault of mine. Two Indian persons checked in easily while I was waiting. "

The only thing I regret while staying, I couldn’t make my friends from all over Chennai to have lunch at this excellent facility. Most of them excused themselves stating that this facility is far off. I have to yielded to their request, I hosted the lunch elsewhere in the city"

"Don’t let the street front deceive you, the lodging is first class. The rims are clean, good mattress and a nice big bathroom with excellent shower. Excellent location with nearby shopping and food. As I drove up, my heart sank a bit. Once I saw the room, it was all good. Hotel should spruce up the street appeal. Definitely will stay again. "
