My wife and I along with two friends stayed here in our trip to Dharamsala. We selected this hotel based off of the pictures on-line and glad we did. We arrived at about 5:30AM with no lights on, front gate locked and no sign of any staff. We were afraid we would be sitting on the front porch until someone showed up later in the morning. We ended up walking around a bit and one of the staff heard us, got out of bed and checked us in. He asked us what time we wanted breakfast and let us freshen...
Stayed at this hotel on Temple Road, McLeod Ganj in January end 2026 and honestly had a very nice experience. Food was really good. The balcony view was amazing — you can see Dharamshala and snow-covered mountains, which felt super peaceful.
The place is calm and quiet but still very close to the main square and Dalai Lama Temple, so location is perfect.
Mrs Sonia at the reception was very welcoming and kind, made us feel comfortable right from the start.

It was a wonderful stay. Property is still fairly new with modern fixtures (comfortable bed, nicely tiled bathroom, wooden floors and central heating/cooling, well operated elevator) and is maintained to an extremely clean level. The staff were very attentive, responsive and professional. Food served in their restaurant was hygienic and freshly prepared. I requested a Himachali dish and they prepared it for me - for which I was very grateful. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to...
Great experience. Great service, I ordered ice in the room for cold water and check the level of PPM “2”. I was impressed that they use filters water for ice.
Overall a great experience during couple of days stay at the location. Fine dining and great amenities helped my stay very comfortable. Will visit with my family again next year.

Hotel has accommodated really well and has been very helpful and kind. Whole team and management were very friendly. This hotel is very close to the temple- Chintapurni Mata Mandir so it worked out well for us. The food of the location is also very good.
We had a wonderful stay at Echor Tree Mandara Village. The hotel was beautiful, very clean, great location and kind staff. Rooms were very comfortable and spacious, and the restaurant was delicious. It also has a beautiful view of the mountains and Dharamshala. Highly recommended and will be staying again when back!
