"Our room was not cleaned at all . The floor was dirty with black dust. It wasn’t swept or mopped when we moved in . The sheets, pillowcases and quilt covers were not changed. The previous hotel occupants were used and beds redone. It was disgusting . The balcony was filthy with bird poo. I WOULD NOT RATE THIS HOTEL 4 STAR AND IT CERTAINLY WASNT WORTH A MONIES WE PAID - it was worth only half the amount we paid. We should be refunded half of this money back . I would not recommend this hotel at...

"It really is an oasis and perfectly located outside Bhuj city centre. The hotel is quite new so everything is in immaculate condition. The staff all do their best to make every guest comfortable. I am grateful to Mr Sumit at the restaurant who was very attentive and helpful whenever I dined there. A shame the hammam and gym were closed, but otherwise, it was a very nice stay."

"The hotel is fine, basically. It all works pretty much OK. The food is decent. The staff do their best. if you're not from India, you may struggle to understand their 'Indian' English, so communicating can be a bit of an effort. A few small issues: the minibar was empty; the kettle in the room doesn't automatically turn off. On the plus side,the hotel is very clean. And the staff found a yoga mat for me! I had a room at the side, which was quiet, so recommend that. It's reasonable value; you get...

"C’est un très bon hôtel géré par une équipe dynamique et motivée. Nous avons choisi le bungalow avec terrasse à l’arrière : nous avions une vue magnifique sur le désert. Le bungalow est très confortable avec beaucoup d’espace. Il y a des lampes pour lire et des prises près du lit. Le matelas est très bien. Tout est très propre. Le cuisinier prépare avec le sourire de bon plats. Le petit Kutch est superbe et le site archéologique à proximité vaut le détour."

"We had an excellent stay at this resort- very clean rooms, extremely delicious (home-made type) food served with great hospitality and most importantly an unmatchable location. Imagine having the white Rann in the backyard of the resort and enjoying it for sunrise, sunset and the night skies. We had to walk only around 15 minutes to reach the snow-white part of the desert and had the entire desert just for ourselves for all the time we were there.
We are definitely going back and hope that...

"Paid > 10000 Rs for 2 nights and the stay was the worst I have ever had..There were rats running around in the kitchen. The pool, excercise equipment was all locked up and not accessible to anyone. The breakfast was a thepla one day and 2 parathas the other day .. you have to take tokens for even getting tea. No tea kettle in the room. Location is very remote so hard to look for alternates for food even if you set the issue of breakfast aside.. But when they claim to have facilities like pool...
