"We had a wonderful night out of Kigali. Enjoyed the sounds of the birds, the view, the clean, comfortable room, the delicious 5-course dinner in a beautiful charming lodge. Had the best breakfast I have ever had with homemade yoghurt, cakes, jam, fruit salad, cereals, eggs, etc. Played ping-pong, baby foot, other games while waiting for the rain to pass. Nice little walking paths in nature all around. We are definitely planning on coming back!"

"I had wonderful experience at Civitas Hotel Kigali, Rwanda. It is in a great location with a lot of fun activities going on. The hotel is clean and the food is great. Breakfast seems set but quite good. The staff is very nice and the general location, like much of Kigali in general, is safe and pleasant."

"Staff was amazingly friendly and quick with any requests. Beautiful property with lush garden and an awesome view of the edge of Kigali (serene, less city). Breakfast was delicious and the price was really unbeatable."

"We loved the property but unfortunately Travelocity doesn’t have any connection to this great hotel and so they didn’t have our reservation or the money I had paid for the stay. The general manager came to meet us to inform us that they aren’t affiliated with Travelocity or Expedia. So I was definitely upset that we had this experience and had to end up paying again for the hotel stay. This doesn’t reflect the quality of the hotel and restaurant which we’re both excellent."

"5 noches por turismo con mi hermana. Hotel muy bien ubicado en el centro de Kigali, a pie de restaurantes, comercios, bancos, oficinas de líneas aéreas... En muy buen estado, limpio, agradable, cómodo. Bonita habitación, cama cómoda, buenas sábanas buena conexión wifi, balcón y muy buen desayuno a nivel de variedad y de calidad. Nos ha sorprendido la amabilidad del personal de recepción, del restaurante y de dirección, volcados en hacer lo posible por hacer que nuestra estancia fuese de nuestro agrado. Realmente admirable. Totalmente aconsejable.
