"We were only here for one night before heading back to the US but it was great. It says that it is in the terminal but you do need to go outside and cross the street to get to the hotel but it is not far at all. The check in and out was a breeze. It is very close to terminal 5 which has plenty of food option if you want something different from what the hotel offers. The room was really nice, very clean and beds were comfortable. The breakfast was amazing, so many option and everything was fresh and the staff were constantly clearing and making sure there was enough food since it was going quickly. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it. "

"This hotel was a pleasant surprise in an overwhelmingly unpleasant travel disaster. The room was spacious, quiet, clean and comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast with made to order omelettes definitely hit the spot. Highly recommended."

"The hotel has a very relaxed layout, like a study floor in a library on entering. The room was dormitory style with two twins and a set of bunk beds. Perfect four our four-hour layover."

"So convenient to have an included airport shuttle as it eliminated stress. Included breakfast had a variety of options and rooms were a decent size. Important to note: the hotel is far from the city centre. I travelled with 3 friends so found it easier and cheaper to uber to the city centre and split the cost than to take buses or AirPort Express bus. "

"Room, breakfast, service all good. Make sure to call them in advance on the free shuttle for pick up. I forgot to arrange in advance but called from the airport and they came in ten minutes and it was 0200!"
