"The hotel is nice and the location is beautiful. We were disappointed that we had to pay extra to use the pool and spa. We also booked a family room and then had to pay extra for our child to stay. We ended up paying an additional 96 euro for the one night we stayed to use the pool, and for our child to stay and eat breakfast."

"The nature and the views are exceptional, that is the thing why this place is worth visiting. We had booked three days stay to go downhill skiing, but finally got one day of downhill skiing due to delayed train transportation from Barcelona to Ribes de Freser, and the next day in Vall de Nuria there were too windy so the lifts were closed. There was very few snow, so only couple of slopes were open. Also only one restaurant in the area was open during our stay. "
