Cleanliness was second to none, so if that's what concerns you when travelling, then Eagle house is for you its spotless.
Andy and Helen are great hosts and very welcoming.
The town is just a short walk with some lovely pubs and restaurants to choose from.

"A very pleasant stay - stayed for a couple of nights whilst working in the area. All staff were very pleasant. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The hotel is in a very quiet area with lots of scenic countryside around to see.
Just be aware that the rooms are on the 3rd floor and there are only stairs for access, but that is to be expected with a listed building."

"Absolutely every member of staff that we met were extremely friendly and helpful, making the stay very accommodating and special. The room was very clean and spacious with fabulous extras such as the tea and coffee in a picnic basket. The food was top class with a lovely place to sit and have an after meal drink. "The building is new and still being worked on so in the morning a bit noisy.
The apartment itself was clean and tastefully furnished but very Ikea.
A few problems we had was there was no TV remote so couldnt use. Bins have no bags so didnt like to put used Teabags in, no cloths to wipe surfaces and only one 3/4 roll of furniture.
We did phone to tell them incase they with held some of the holding deposit but they could bot get sorted as it was around 6pm."
