We had intended to use the spa facilities and the pool, which looked lovely but we ran out of time unfortunately ! We will return ! From the moment we checked in with the gentleman in Reception, to all staff members we met during our stay, they couldnt have been more welcoming, helpful or efficient. They are a credit to you and valued staffing. A good visit, thank you, and we will return. "

"Check in was perfect Alex was great, she showed us were our room was and booked a taxi for us. Room was perfectly spotless and great view of the gardens. Also had food in the restaurant again was outstanding. The faciluties are fantastic. We will be back to stay would definiyely book for a spa weekend. "

"the reception staff were welcoming and informative, We had a clean, spacious bedroom with all the facilities of coffee, tea, TV etc. The breakfast selection was good, although they had run out of bacon half an hour before breakfast was over.. The hotel is located near a bus stop into Lichfield city so it was very handy for us."
