"This hotel is set in the most beautiful setting right in the edge of Lake Windermere . There is a seating area surrounded by greenery and flowers as well as a large conservatory for when the weather did not allow for outside sitting. The breakfasts are fantastic. A cold buffet with lots of choice and a menu with a variety of hot options cooked to order. The beds are comfy and bedrooms clean. An added bonus for me was the pool area. The staff are friendly and helpful. The overall experience at this hotel allowed me to have a relaxing and luxurious break"
