"Never made it into the building so no comment on room. No means of entering building, no phone calls answered for help and no parking, as advertised. Total waste of my money for a room I never even used."

We booked the lodge the one he showed on the website but when we arrived at the place he told us that property isnt available and he offered us another ridiculous place to stay, when we entered there omg it was dirty, the toielt was blocked and it was big mess. "Quiet location no breakfast but it is a motel and the pub next door don’t do breakfast so come prepared other than that the room and bathroom are bigger than most and it it was so clean and comfortable, bed is massive and very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place. Pub staff very polite and helpful. But book a table as it’s very busy. "

"The place was really easy to find. Nice and quiet with a great bar and excellent food menu. Lots of space and friendly staff. The caravan was laid out for our family requirements and was comfortable. I would defently stay there again as it is a great location for travelling around the local area. "

"Have to say apart from a few things maintenance wise that need addressing, the flat was lovely.
I reported the shower was not working on Monday, and was asked permission if the maintenance man could go in to the flat to sort it out, on our return we had a brand new shower fitted,
I can not fault the service and reply so would defiantly stay again"

"Room size was very good, we stayed in a twin room. Lovely walk in shower room. Everything we needed for a 1 night stay. Tea and coffee making facilities. Only downside was there's not a mini fridge in the room. Lovely and clean and we will definitely be staying again. Excellent value for the money] money and plenty of free parking. Much closer to the town centre than we had anticipated. Great stay thank you "

We rolled in late morning, snagged an on-street space outside and never moved the car again. The room was spotless and practical—ceiling fan for stuffy evenings, mini-fridge with cold water and the check-in took seconds. The Wi-Fi was usable but a bit flaky, dropping in and out, so fine for quick checks but not much more....

"I booked the hotel because they said the suite we booked had a kitchen, someone emailed me to confirm this and on the payment confirmation it states full kitchen. It did not have a kitchen. It had a fridge in the centre hallway and a double sink in the bathroom. Kettle on the living room and that's it. I had 2, 8 months old with me which made dinner times a struggle and sterilising bottles was awkward as the plug in the sink even when pushed allowed water to drain.
The floor was very dirty and...
