"Service impeccable. Bill was such a lovely host. So helpful and passionate about letting us know what to do in the area. Offered us home made biscuits and coffee when we arrived, even though we were a bit early. The room was large and clean with a nice bathroom and coffee/tea in the room too. Breakfast was wonderful also. A short walk into town, maybe 15 minutes if that. Would highly recommend this to anyone. "

Great that we could park, bar was good, everything was clean and we had a nice breakfast. Plus we had a great 2 nights sleep. Not too noisy and very well priced. Great location. "

There were no tea/coffee facilities in the room but free tea and coffee in the bar for members and it actually got you out of bed and up so this wasn’t an issue!
Close enough to the arena to drive or taxi there, was around 5 miles, and the taxi cost £8.

"While one could nit-pick (receptionist seemed surprised to have to explain the set-up to us, we'd never been before, broken light in the bedroom flashing and clicking, fan in the bathroom not working, whole place pretty shabby and tired-looking) nonetheless the bed was comfortable, the black-out was good, there was no road noise and the shower was smashing. Overall, amazing for the price. I'd go back."
