"First time we have stayed at this hotel; stayed on a bed only booking. Room was great and the bed was very comfortable.
Went to the Theatre in the evening; it was great to come back to hotel after the play had finished and to be able to sit outside at hotel and have a drink. We were very lucky with the weather though!
Would like to come back to explore dining room as well as the other facilities."

"Beautiful hotel with very comfortable, quiet rooms. Central location with town and the RSC within walking distance. Great breakfast options. Good parking. Gym and (small) swimming pool available - changing room was freezing but that’s my only complaint!"

Arrived at check in time of 4pm and had to call the number to get owner to let us into room. Hard to get shower colder, owner let us use upstairs bathroom meant for another (vacant) room instead.

"The location was perfect, and the hosts were very kind. Breakfast was exceptional! I would definitely stay here again. It is close to a pretty walking path where my daughter discovered a playground that she really loved. We are so happy we stayed at Avonpark House. Highly recommend!"

"I chose the Townhouse for its proximity to the Theatre - just a few minutes' walk. The staff are lovely, friendly and helpful, and my room was comfortable. I didn't eat there but the menu looked great and the restaurant has a lovely ambience."

"El hotel es muy bonito. Tuvieron un detalle muy bonito con las niñas a la llegada. Les dieron una carpeta de princesa para pintar y jugar. Las habitaciones muy bien. No pudimos disfrutar de la piscina porque el tiempo de niños en la piscina era muy limitado. Lo único que fue decepcionante fue la comida. El servicio de restaurante era malo y la comida peor. Recomiendo ir a ese hotel, disfrutar de sus jardines y comer o cenar fuera. El desayuno estuvo muy bien."
