"This place has totally turned around since we last visited. This time we stayed overnight and had a fantastic evening meal. The rooms were cosy and clean. Comfortable beds. Breakfast was standout but most of all the staff were fantastic. Friendly, professional and a world away from the sloppy service of a few years ago. Would totally recommend."

"The Ragged.Cot is a lovely place. A little out of the way, for walk to locations, but an excellent restaurant is on site and it is close to other locations if driving. I enjoyed my stay."

"If you are visiting Cirencester, this is an amazing place to stay. Rooms are tastefully decorated and comfortable, I stayed in one of their deluxe rooms and it was amazing.
They have a great restaurant and bar attached to hotel and the outdoor area is peaceful and relaxing. The piano bar on Friday Saturday nights is great entertainment! The staff are really friendly but not intrusive.
Location is perfect, walk into city center in 10 mins and easy driving access to any POI.

"The location, the staff, and the hotel were perfect for our last two nights in the U.K. On hindsight, I should have reserved a bigger room as the bed was full size and a little snug for two. We did request to change it and to our surprise we slept pretty well. The breakfast was excellent (lots of food) and the outdoor seating area and inside pub were very nice."

"We chose this hotel both as a stop off break on our way to Cornwall and a place where we could meet up with friends we had not seen for a year.
We were pleasantly surprised by both the welcome and the hotel itself. Whilst Stroud itself is a bit of a mix this hotel is, in my opinion, the jewel in the crown. The refurbishment is top notch. The decor is very stylish and tasteful, up to date in every way.

We could have used a fan as it was warm but other than that very comfortable beds and clean rooms. The dinner menu of Greek food is very nice and of all the full English breakfasts we had on our Cotswold tour this was stood out to us and the absolute best one. There’s a lovely outdoor area for drinks or nibbles and a wonderful crowd of friendly locals. We loved it!"

"Una casona antigua bien tipica de la zona, muy agradable, muy bien decorada, excelente desayuno, es una zona que se necesita contar con un auto, el parking es gratis y esta pegado al hotel, el entorno es lindusimo, lo unico para criticar seria la atencion de la recepcion, y la ,moza del reastaurante, tuvimos que llamarla tres veces para que nos tome el pedido, y como no venia fuimos al mostrador a encargar el pedido"
