If someone had been at reception we would have asked to change our room,particularly as the place appeared practically empty, because our shower head bracket was broken so had to be hand held for the entire stay. Also being sited on the 2nd floor was difficult for us as we are both over 70 and have both had hip surgery.
We enjoyed our continental breakfast each day and our swim in the nice private...

The very positive note is the service, Stesy and the other reception girls have been exceptional. Extremely kind, helpful and with a great sense of problem solving.
