"The customer service at this hotel was terrible! To simplify to a couple words "They didn't give a s***".
1. There is a boat that goes from mainland to the island where the hotel is. The boat does not run if there are thunderstorms. No one from the hotel notified us about this and told us that the boat is NOT running now and we can not get to the hotel tonight. We were lucky enough to walk down to the dock and the boat was thankfully still running. BUT if the boat had not been we would've had...

"We loved the historic vibe and way they incorporated art themes into each room. We felt the history of the place everywhere.
The staff were very helpful with a change of rooms and finding us secure parking on site.
The location was perfect as we were one step from the Fasching. We will definitely be back! "

"Underbart hotell med vacker utsikt åt alla håll. Personalen var måna om oss som gäster och väldigt tillmötesgående. Fanns inte ett dammkorn på hela hotellet. Spaet var underbart."

"Very nice hotel for the money, clean comfy room, friendly staff, natural mineral water from a local spa, fantastic breakfast. The spa, saunas etc are also clean, a free chocolate bar upon leaving, I was very impressed and will return for a longer stay next time I take my motorbike to the alps"

"Ankom meget tidligt, men meget imødekommende personale bød velkommen med sublim morgenmad til min kone og jeg og vores 4 børn. Kort efter var begge vores værelser klar (cirka kl 10.00) hvor normal check in var kl 14.00. Efter at have kørt hele natten fra Danmark, giver denne slags service og gestus topkarakter!! Uanset, så fortjener hotellet 5-stjerne for generel service i top og virkelig lækker morgenbuffet. Vi kommer helt sikkert igen. "

"The hotel is in a lovely spot. We booked a room with the mountain view but enjoyed a fantastic view of the lake while eating a delicious breakfast. You could describe the room as modern classy, comfortable bed, nice lighting gadgets and a spacious shower. The staff was incredibly friendly during our check in and check out. We even got a small gift for our departure. While we did not use it, there is also a Tesla destination charger. Overall, highly recommend the hotel! "

Die Strudel- und Kaffeepause auf der Terrasse mit dieser Aussicht war ein Erlebnis. Das Hotel ist sehr gepflegt, stilvoll eingerichtet, auffallend sauber. Mein Zimmer war modern, aber gemütlich und das Abendessen war hervorragend. Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel sehr genossen. "
