We very much enjoyed our stay at the Chalet. Our hostess was friendly and helpful and the other guests and neighbors were very quiet. It was lovely. Our only issues were that there was a heatwave during our stay, which made the evenings hot, but that is not the fault of anyone. We would absolutely recommend this stay
Book the Holz suite! We had such a magnificent view over the lake and woke up to a gorgeous sunrise that you really can't put a pricetag too. Sandra took care of all our needs & was super attentive, she accommodated our check-out requests and also gave us plenty of tips about the town. The hotel was very clean throughout the property. The spa had 3 different saunas and plenty of relaxation rooms in the common area. A private sauna inside the room. The manager couple takes pride of their hard work. Breakast buffet provides good selection of local bread and variety of pastries and cold cuts. The dining area has nice atmosphere with good view of the mountain peaks. We would stay again.
