"No encontraban mi reserva de Hoteles.com y querían cobrarme nuevamente la habitación. Finalmente luego de 30 min en recepción encontraron mi reserva. Por mi parte intentado llamar a hoteles.com pero no existe un teléfono de incidencias solo atiende una maquina que no puede resolver nada. Si bien se pudo solucionar no creo que repita con Hoteles.com"
