We were greeted by very friendly staff and due to the heatwave we were automatically moved to a lower level big room to ensure our comfort. The ambiance of the hotel is lovely and so is its history. We received a free voucher to the town pool which was a nice surprise. My biggest reason to pick this hotel was its location, could not ask for a better location when traveling alone with one child, one feels safe. The hotel also included a big breakfast with plenty of choices. Sauna/wellness...
My only complaint was that there was not a mini refrigerator in the room. I had bought some expensive cheese in Rome and was unable to keep it due to this. Wonderful staff and I like that they hire mentally challenged people to help with the kitchen.

This place was amazing! the pool, the spa, the room, the view, the food and drink and the kind staff! Very welcome landing pad after our 5 day hike in the mountains. My family loved it! My wife and I and 3 kids, 13, 12, 8 -- was excellent!
We stayed at Sachsenklemme for just one night to break up the trip from southern Germany to Venice. It's a great place for both parent end children. The hotel is situated very close to the main highway. The kids got to run rand in the playground and had fun with the zip wire and tramopoline. The grown ups enjoyed the beer garden and the great food. The hotel is surrounded by high mountains. The only drawback is the constant noise from the highway.
This is a great property. The apartment had everything we needed to cook and eat a meal. It was modern with a new bathroom. Beds were very comfortable and room was spotless…very clean. We were in Innsbruck to see the Gundolf Family Tyrollean music Show. It was a 7 min walk from apartment and a six min drive fro historic center so it’s very convient
