Hotel is new modern and very close to the main mall Buenavista. There is also a new shopping center nearby. We stayed 7 days over carnaval time ( 2 adults and an infant) and had a great experience. Only the first night there were hiccups- the power shut down so hotel had no elevator and air conditioner. I've stayed here before and find the value for the price ratio to be very high. The staff is always very attentive and truly interested in your satisfaction.
