I wasn’t certain what to expect. I looked at lots of options in Coffs including resorts and home rentals. As a solo traveler, I just needed something clean, convenient, and comfortable. This hotel ticked all the boxes. While it may not be fancy, and could use some modernizations, the owners were so lovely, the room spotless, and I slept great.

It was everything we could ask for and more. The staff understood that we had been held up with traffic and helped by letting me know about the area . I am already making plans for a weekend in the near future.
Receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful. This was our first stay at Urunga and we really enjoyed the stay at Reflections Holiday Park. Will definitely be planning to return next year.
Super friendly and helpful staff. Lovely spacious rooms which were super clean and opened up to a pretty and semi private patio area with communal grounds beyond. Definitely recommend!
This is the third time that I have stayed at this hotel when travelling between Canberra and Hervey Bay.
I’ve always found the staff to be helpful and friendly and the rooms to be comfortable, affordable, clean and tidy.
I will be staying here again next trip.
