The cabin was clean and comfortable. More light could have been helpful especially in the kitchen. The entire compound is well kept. A great stay.

Very clean, nice view

This aprtment is perfect, roomy and comfortable. The air-conditioning worked well, unfortunately it rained 3 days straight so we did not use pool.

This is a great hotel in a great location. It is a small, quaint town. We had a wonderful time in Palm Cove. The only downside was that the jacuzzi was warm, not hot. For some reason, the jacuzzi and pool attached to it were heated to the same temperature. The hotel is right on the beach and the views are spectacular. One small note is that a sign informs visitors that swimming is not allowed from November to May (jelly fish).

Very nice hotel and the staff are very friendly and helpful providing recommendations for nearby activities and restaurants. We also enjoyed an excellent breakfast at the hotel's cafe.

Great for a family stay, particularly if you have younger children that will want to spend time in the pool. The hotel is a bit away from the more bustling parts of Cairns, but we were able to get picked up for some of the tours we took. Otherwise, it is a quick Uber to anywhere you want to go.

My family had a great experience. My kids enjoyed the pool very much. We had a great breakfast in the shared kitchen. The only comment I could make is if there could be some spare pillows. Thank you for a great experience.

Rooms are spacious with all the facilities and most impotantly clean. Staff are ver friendly, supportive.

This was a perfect spot for our adventures across Queensland and jumping off point for exploring the Atherton Tablelands. There was a communal porch that was perfect for relaxing after a long day of hiking and chatting with fellow travellers. Also loved seeing all of the critters at night, as the place is located right next to a greenway where pademelon and bush thick-knee wander!

so close to the ocean you wake up hearing the waves on shore. Birds singing in the morning, Could have had a oven, but everything was nice! Washer an dryer too! You had to take a bus to a grocery store if you wanted to save money for month long stays. Very family friendly atmosphere. Super nice beach maybe 100 yards away. If you compared a 4 star motel in a big city and this place you may not agree it was a 4 star. Very relaxing, clean. like being home

Great setup for a traveling holiday. Refrigerator, countertop, sink, table and chairs.

Great location just a few minutes walk from esplanade. New interior, comfy beds, good views.

I appreciated the helpful hotel staff when we missed our bus. The breakfast buffet is tranquil and satisfying. I loved my time at this hotel.
