"All staff were friendly and committed to doing a great job. Room was comfortable and clean. Buildings are located in an extensive park-like setting. Guests have free access to indoor swimming pool, tennis court, basketball hoops and push bikes. Outside fire pits are a nice touch."

"This was a really maginificent place to stay in the heart of Morpeth. It's in a fabulous historic building. The rooms are big, the bed is comfy and there's a great guest lounge. A lovely continental breakfast is included. The owner is wonderful and very helpful.

The staff are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, ie they are able to help with most queries without having to consult with supervisors or managers. The only 2 baby flaws I had was that there was some rubbish by the spa on our first day and it was still there the following morning (it had just blown down a bit).
