"Basic but great value for money,if you want a clean, comfortable night sleep with a fantastic breakfast with amazing choices then this is for you, lovely owner Doreen who does the best full English your likely to ever have,the room was basic,but some nice touches with towels,coffee,tea, biscuits,soaps ect....bed was super comfortable,I had the best two nights sleep better than my own bed at home...bare in mind it's a hotel/bar....I took some time to get to know the regular guys that play pool...

We stayed in one of the Mongolian yurts, which was unlike any other accommodation we've experienced and really added to the charm — it was the main reason we booked. The yurt was rustic yet very comfortable, perfect balance.

The yurt itself was wonderfully furnished and the kitchen outside well equipped for all cooking needs. Hosts Kate and Terry were always friendly, approachable and on hand to help.

The cottage was well equipped with lots of quirky details, just as the name suggests and the location was perfect for us - handy for visiting family. The welcome was really warm, too.
