Right on the harbor in charming Mousehole, we had a front row seat on Cornish life--people swimming, kids jumping off the harbor wall, and walking on the SW Coastal Path. Cooked breakfast was excellent and hearty, and there were a variety of god restaurants in Mousehole and nearby Newlyn. Our room was quiet and well appointed with a spacious bathroom. For our 4 nights in Cornwall we stayed at a very quaint Bed and Breakfast in Truro. Centrally located, it was a great place to stay and "wagon wheel" our day trips. In a world where everyone expects a 5 star Review, it is hard to get a real review. Well this place is the real deal. Everything from the moment we arrived to the day we left was first class. The presentation and quality of food was done with care and love. They are incredible ambassadors for the town and for the hosbitality industry . The staff was was extremely helpful with any questions and needs we had. If you are planning on going to St. Ives this where you need to stay.

I really enjoyed my three night stay here. The room was spacious, and came with a bottle of water and a biscuit. It was centrally located to explore the south coast of Cornwall. Saint Michael’s Mount is a mile and a half away. You can catch the bus right outside or walk if you don’t mind it. The bed was very comfortable and the shower had great water pressure and heat. I didn’t eat at the inn but it often smelled good! The car park can fill up if you’re out late, which I was when I saw a show at...
