"Adequate breakfast. Staff wonderful. Room had heavy purfume smell , but bed and pillows were very comfy. "

"No A/C!!! This is a problem. It was on high the whole time we were there and it still never cooled off. We had them come up and take a look. Said the system was old and that’s the best it could do. We had to go to Walmart and buy fans just to sleep. "

"First off, the owners/managers are REALLY GOOD PEOPLE who genuinely care and assist. Thank you to them for giving us a little leeway. Sending them tons of appreciation and thanks!!!!! It's nice to deal with people and not corporate. Hotels.com was awesome and supporting them and us as well. Second, this place is awesome. The outside doesn't look great but the rooms are HUGE, there is a fridge and microwave, the room and bathrooms are very clean, the desk chair is comfortable!!!, and the shower is hot and strong. For people who want frills, stay somewhere else but if you want a great comfortable option this is amazing. We've stayed in a ton of hotels in New York state and sometimes the rooms are "beautiful" but so tiny and non-functional. This was so helpful for remote work in the room, getting breakfast/lunch at grocery storing in fridge, then getting dinner, re-heating it so you don't have to throw out leftovers! Don't be thrown off by the outside!! It's a GREAT hotel. THANK YOU!!!! Everything you could ask for and for the price it's really amazing."

"No hot water for shower. Had to shower in ice cold water. Told we’re working on it, maintenance doesn’t come in until 9:30. Unacceptable and no compensation or apology."
