Very clean, cute little place at the end of a cul-de-sac that backs up to a forested area. Easy to follow check in instructions, super friendly and helpful staff. Nice sized room, everything in good working order. Again, super clean. Great value, definitely a great visit.
Our stay at the Canyon Hotel was truly a memorable experience. The check-in process was smooth and with great attention to detail. The front desk concierge even escorted us to our room.
The room was quite spacious with a queen bed and futon. There was also a kitchenette and dining table that was very convenient. The only minor hiccup was an issue with the water temperature and pressure but it was resolved within an hour of calling the front desk.
We will definitely visit again soon.
We stayed here for a quick 4 night get away. We have many travels under our belt, and must say this resort was in our top 5. We usually stay at 5 star hotels from Tahiti to Ireland, and several caribbean islands and Mexico. We saw this hotel on the front cover of an islands magazine over a year ago and my husband said he wanted to be in that exact spot the model was, where ever it was. When we found out it was Puerto Rico we sort of lost interest, but after reading other reviews we decided...
The property is beautiful, clean, modern, and family friendly! My family and I had a blast. After a long day of beach, family and fun we would all come back to the property swim and call it a night. It was perfect!

The property is great for the price especially in comparison to ones 15-20 minutes down the road. The lady Anna at the front desk is super amazing! So friendly and helpful! There are several options for great authentic Puerto Rican food super close and even a shopping mall and several other food options about 15 minutes away. Would definitely stay here again.
Came on a YouTube filming trip for XLWanderlust and it was really nice. The discrete entrance and 8 person shower with a bench if you need to bend over to hold on while being cleaned thoroughly. The bed is made to repell liquids incase you squirt from excitement. Two channels for ideas for extra adult enjoyment. Descrete delivery of beverages and items. Bed isnt comfortable and pillow is thin. Great AC and mini fridge and microwave are nice. You need to call for room cleaning and extra towels....
