"Checkin was great, staff here is fantastic, the breakfast was cooked to order and perfect for a quick bite, the room was very clean as the rest of the villa, you get to share the living room with other tenants on your floor….the only bad things were the bathroom should have a screen so mosquito can’t get in and the room could use a fresh coat of paint on the wall due to paint be chip off from the head boards of the bed and some foot smudges, the pillows and bed sheets are very clean, got a great...

"This place suited us really well. One of the friendliest budget hotels we have stayed in. The room was big and comfortable, fresh cooked scrambled eggs, fruit and breads for breakfast. Situated just across from the beach. The village has a variety of bars and restaurants, Xin Chao , Serena's and Blue Sea were fine. They have basic bicycles you can borrow if you want to go into Hoi An or to the pottery and vegetable villages."

"Todo bien, pero reservar excursiones fuera del hotel. En el propio hotel es mucho más caro y además cada recepcionista te da el precio que le da la gba, 5 o 10 dólares arriba o abajo. Frente a loa problemas no son demasiado resolutivos, solo se muestran al 100%amables cuando quieren venderte algo. Si no lo consiguen pierden el interés. Por lo demás, es un hotel limpko, barato, bicis gratis, buen desayuno y agradable. Lo recomiendo"

"Lovely staff. Spacious rooms with balcony. Really good breakfast! Vy and Muoi were very helpful and welcoming. Location was good. Away from the noisyness of the old town area but still within easy walking distance. We had a very late check in past midnight but they made sure the security guard had our details and gave us the keys with breakfast information and even took us to our rooms to show how everything works! Thank you for a great stay!"
